Job Description

1. Review and recommending on system level controls for data entry.
2. Perform periodic module and GL reconciliations to identify any discrepancies and suggest rectifications to Planning and Reporting team.
3. Liaise with ERP (IT) team to design required management reports within ERP.
4. Providing regular training to finance personnel on data entry, reconciliations and system reporting.
5. Act as superuser for ERP changes, implementation and training.
6. Obtaining and securing updated user manuals of ERP from IT Department.
7. Review of procurement to ensure best value for money.
8. Study of fabrication/ manufacturing process (time and motion study).
9. Development and maintenance of standard costing (including Bill of Materials).
10. Maintenance of Work in process (WIP) data for segment reporting.
11. Cost Volume Profit Analysis.
12. Monitoring of daily productivity.
13. Maintenance of job wise/ batch wise production data to determine consumption/ efficiency variances.
14. Product profitability reporting.
15. Analysing actual manufacturing costs and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.
16. Roll out cost saving programs.
17. Supporting GMs in product pricing.

Qualification : ACCA , CA, CMA, CEMA

Must have experience in construction industry.
