Kalandoor Group of Companies is looking for Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • receive, scan and record documents daily from vendor.
  • make monthly time sheet reports of employees.
  • arrange leave applications of employees including booking of ticket.
  • arrange inquiries for insurance policies.
  • making daily attendance report for Staff.
  • making daily site reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Graduate
  • will accept fresher as long as can do the job
  • good communication skills
  • excellent in Microsoft office especially in excel
  • excellent in typing at least (30wpm)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 to AED3,000.00 /month
