Hyvision Technology is looking for Receptionist & Administrator

  • Must look presentable and professional.
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
  • Handle the reception area, answer and transfer calls, take messages.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Manager.
  • Coordinate with other departments for Manpower needs.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Employees.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor staff attendance in coordination with the HR department.
  • Ensure employees files are kept up to date.
  • Manage to file of company-related documents
  • Must work attentively and alert.

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 1-year UAE related experience
