- Must look presentable and professional.
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
- Handle the reception area, answer and transfer calls, take messages.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Manager.
- Coordinate with other departments for Manpower needs.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Employees.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Monitor staff attendance in coordination with the HR department.
- Ensure employees files are kept up to date.
- Manage to file of company-related documents
- Must work attentively and alert.
