- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with Excel
- Must have strong motivation towards success
- Must be organized and have strong attention to detail
- Must have high level of self-discipline, patience and persistence
- Must be flexible and can easily adapt to any required situations
- Self-driven and can work independently
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules including graveyard shift
- Knowledge of the financial markets is a plus
